From Pisa Airport you can in just 5 minutes reach Pisa Centrale train station with the People Mover; a shuttle train linking Pisa Airport with the city center of Pisa. From Pisa Centrale there are trains every hour directly to La Spezia Centrale. From La Spezia you have to hop on the Cinque Terre Express train to your destination in Cinque Terre. There are also some direct Intercity trains from Pisa Centrale to Monterosso every day.
