What is Nessun Dorma?
The Nessun Dorma is a well known wine bar in Manarola, Cinque Terre with breathtaking views. It is known for its panoramic position over the town of Manarola, an unforgettable experience for an aperitivo, lunch or dinner.
On the terrace overlooking the sea, you can order different sorts of bruschetta platters. Ligurian crostinis with pesto, salami, buffalo mozzarella and burrata cheese are served with local wines from the hills of Manarola. This restaurant is a very popular spot.
Nessun Dorma opening hours
Nessun Dorma is normally open from the middle of March until November 3 each year. Closed on Tuesdays.
The bar is open daily, except on Tuesdays, from 4.45pm to 9pm.
How to reserve at Nessun Dorma for an aperitivo
Download the Nessun Dorma application to your mobile phone and you will not be bothered by the usually long wait. Check regulary to see how many people are in front of you in the queue. You can digitally queue for your table whilst exploring the town or hanging out by the water. With the Nessun Dorma app you can virtually book a spot from 3:30pm.
Pesto making classes
You will learn how to make your own pesto using fresh basil. Afterwards, a lunch is served including bruschetta; fresch bread with burrata, tomatoes and fresh pesto, Parma ham and focaccia. 2 hours (plus lunch after the class). You can also taste the local Cinque Terre white wines.
The pesto making classes are available daily at 10.30am except on Tuesdays, from May 1st daily at 10.30am and at 1.30pm except Tuesdays, and from May 12th also at 5pm every Monday and Wednesday. You have to book the pesto experience in advance on the Nessun Dorma website or app.
